Schoeffling was one of the top two-sport athletes in the history of Philadelphia University, serving as a four-year starter in both soccer and softball. On the soccer field, the Delran (N.J.) High product was a three-time New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) selection. She finished her career as the program’s fourth all-time leading scorer with 94 points, collecting 35 goals and 24 assists. As a member of the Lady Rams’ softball team, she was a two-time NYCAC All-Conference performer while helping the team to a pair of NYCAC tournament bids. She currently owns several school records on the diamond including career runs (92), RBI (73), doubles (33) and triples (12) while her 142 career hits ranks second.
