Pomeroy Secures CACC Co-Rookie of the Week

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University women's volleyball saw freshman Alexa Pomeroy be named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Co-Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon. 

ALEXA POMEROY – CO-ROOKIE OF THE WEEK 
Pomeroy earns her first weekly award in her career while the Rams had their fourth on the season. She had 25 kills, 22 digs, and 7 service aces this week to help the Rams go 2-0 and earn a CACC playoff berth. Pomeroy began with 13 kills, 11 digs, and 5 service aces in Jefferson's win over Wilmington. She followed it up with 12 kills, 11 digs, and 2 service aces in the series finale against Georgian Court.
