Women's Volleyball Drops the Match to Georgian Court
LAKEWOOD, NJ - Thomas Jefferson University women's volleyball (14-17, 9-7) competed against Georgian Court University (18-9, 14-2) in their last game of the regular season on Saturday, November 16. The Rams fought back in the third set but ultimately dropped the match to the Lions.
WHAT HAPPENED

Caroline Bond sets Morgan Martin as she claims the kill and first point of the third set, the Rams looking to turn things around. Mckenna again is a strong force offensively and keeps the Rams even with the Lions. The Lions are first to break 20, and kills from Cappelletti push them to match point. Kills from Pemi Areola, Morgan Ritchie, and Martin keep the Rams alive forcing the set to go over 25. Amiyah Woods has two back-to-back kills that secure the victory for the Lions at 29-27.
