NEW HAVEN, Conn. (Sept. 8, 2026) – Freshman setter Lyllah Sapp of the Thomas Jefferson University women's volleyball team has, for the second consecutive week, earned CACC Setter of the Week honors for her perfornance at this weekend's inaugural Jefferson Invitational.

Sapp averaged 7.15 assists and 2.15 digs per set while helping Jefferson to a 3-1 record on the week. The freshman setter highlighted her week by recording the first double-double of her collegiate career, totaling 24 assists and 13 digs as the Rams became the first team to take a set off American International College this weekend.

Sapp and the Rams will next play host to Lincoln University (Pa.) in a rematch from the 2026 PSAC East Kickoff Classic. Game time is slated for 6 p.m.
