Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University volleyball team (1-1, 0-0 CACC) came up short in a 3-0 shutout put together by Le Moyne College (2-3, 0-0 NE-10) Sunday afternoon. Freshman outside-hitter Leanna Lillge (Ixonia, WI/Water Town) led the fight for PhilaU with 17 kills, nine digs and two service aces.

Set scores were: 23-25, 17-25 and 22-25.

Also coming up big for the Lady Rams were freshman libero/outside-hitter Brittany Olson (Sycamore, IL/Sycamore) who put up 14 digs as well as senior setter Lauren Hoover (New Baltimore, Mi/Anchor Bay H.S.) who led the Lady Rams with a team high 18 assists.

Allison Hebel put up 13 kills and 13 digs for Le Moyne.

The Lady Rams return to Herb Magee Court to face Kutztown University (3-0, 0-0 PSAC) on Tuesday (9/7) at 6 p.m. This contest will be featured on a live webcast.
