Lakewood, NJ- The Philadelphia University Lady Rams (23-4, 11-2 CACC) dropped both matches of a tri-match at Georgian Court University on Saturday.  The Lady Rams fell by identical 3-0 scores to both GCU (17-7, 12-0 CACC) and Dowling College (18-5).

Set scores vs. GCU were: 25-22, 25-22 and 25-16. 

Set scores vs. Dowling were: 27-25, 25-18 and 25-11.

Senior outside hitter Celena Rendon (San Antonio, TX, Tom C. Clark) led her squad with 14 kills and 18 digs, while fellow senior right-side hitter Nicole Berkstresser (Bridgewater, NJ/ Raritan-Bridgewater) tallied 12 kills and four digs on the day.

Junior setter Lauren Hoover (New Baltimore, MI/ Anchor Bay) had 25 set assists to go along with 16 digs for PhilaU.

The Lady Rams return to action on Monday (10/19) at home vs. Caldwell in a live internet-streamed event, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
