ORGANEBURG, N.Y. – Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball (13-11, 9-8) competed in their final regular season road contest where they fell 106-83 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) competition to Dominican University of New York (10-14, 7-9) on Saturday afternoon.
 
WHAT HAPPENED
  • The game began in favor of Jefferson as they got out to a 12-6 lead before Dominican began to get back and take the lead over the Rams
  • Jefferson trailed by 10 points at the half as they contended in shooting with the Chargers. The Rams shot 53.6% on the floor and went 7-of-12 from three while Dominican had the advantage on the court (61.8% shooting) while going 5-of-11 from beyond the arc
  • Second half had Jefferson fall behind early, unable to get back in the contest and ultimately falling 106-83
  • The Rams shot 35% on the floor while the Chargers kept up their attack, going 69% on the court
  • Jahmare Memphis led the team with 26 points, his second best performance in his career behind the 27 he scored against Holy Family. Isaiah Thomas-McClain followed behind with 11 points
  • Seven Dominican players had double digit points, with Chance Morrish leading his squad with 16 on the day
