Men's Basketball Falters in Second Half to Felician 

PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball (9-9, 5-6) trailed by seven points and looked to make a comeback against Felician University (16-2, 11-0) but could not stay on track as the Rams dropped their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) matchup to the Golden Falcons 87-69 in Saturday afternoon competition. 

WHAT HAPPENED 

• Both teams went to score 40+ points in the first half and shoot over 50% on the floor. Jefferson got out to an early 8-0 lead to begin the game while Felician evened the game out at 8:46 in the first half. The Golden Falcons outscored the Rams 22-15 to go in the break ahead 47-40 

• Jefferson went to try and get back in the contest but could not generate the offense to keep up, scoring only 29 points. Jefferson went 10-of-36 during the second half and ultimately fell 87-69 to Felician 

• Jeremiah Dorsey and Alex Bates IV each contributed 16 points on the day. Isaiah Thomas-McClain and Shane Cercone had nine and eight points respectively
