McFadden Breaks Own School Record; Four CACC Qualifying Times at Danny Curran Invitational
WIDENER, PA – Thomas Jefferson University women's track & field competed at the Danny Curran Invitational this weekend.
WHAT HAPPENED
- Natalie McFadden broke her own school record in the 3000-meter steeplechase, running a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Qualifying time 11:41.29. The reigning CACC Champion placed second in the steeplechase at the Danny Curran Invitatinal
- Annalee Capuano earned Qualifying times in events twice again, placing sixth in the 1500-meter (4:40.24) and third in the 800-meter (2:16.20). Capuano breaks her own record in the 800-meter race while being .16 seconds away from tying the school record she set last season in the 1500-meter.
- Audrey Pham makes her first CACC Qualifying time in her first year on the track & field team, making the 800-meter mark with a 5:17.69 time
