McFadden Takes CACC Track Athlete of the Week
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University women's track & field sophomore
Natalie McFadden has been recognized as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Track Athlete of the Week for her performance in competitions held from April 15-21, as announced by the conference this afternoon.

McFadden takes home her first weekly award of her career and season while it being the second for Jefferson this year. She had two CACC Qualifying times at the Paul Donahue Invitational. She placed 24th in the 800-meter race with a 2:23.46 time, being second on the team in terms of finishing the race. McFadden was the top runner for the team in the 1500-meter race, placing 16th as she ran a 4:47.85 time.
McFadden joins with her teammates this weekend for the Penn Relays and Lions Invitational this weekend.
