Women's Tennis Drops CACC Contest to Goldey-Beacom 

WILMINGTON, DE. - Thomas Jefferson University women's tennis team (2-2, 1-2) went on the road this Saturday afternoon where the Rams fell 4-3 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action against Goldey-Beacom College (3-1, 2-1). 

WHAT HAPPENED 

• The Lightning took the first and second doubles matches, earning the point for Goldey-Beacom. Zenia Barretto and Emily Frost won the third doubles 7-5 for Jefferson 

• Alycia Veroux and Nicole Hrbkova won their matches in the first and second singles spot 

• Goldey-Beacom earned wins in the sixth, fourth, and fifth spots to take the lead and victory over the Rams 

• Rose Huang ended the day in the third spot with her own victory, making the final score 4-3 in favor of the Lightning
