Men's Soccer Finds Success With a 2-0 Victory Over Caldwell University  

CALDWELL, NJ - Thomas Jefferson University men's soccer (9-6-2) (4-5-1) competed against Caldwell University in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action on Saturday, November 2. The Rams and Cougars competed the entire match, but Jefferson took the match 2-0.  
 

WHAT HAPPENED 

• Rob Arnason kicks off the half for the Rams with a shot at the 8:47 minute that was missed wide to the left  

• Arnason again looking to find success takes another shot on goal, and Justin Talbot is ready for the save  

• Gabe Paz scores the first goal for the Rams at the 14:21 minute mark, assisted by Mateo Infante putting Jefferson in the lead 1-0  

• Camilo Murillo takes a shot on goal looking to keep the Cougars active, but John Nelson is ready for the save at the end of the first half  

• Braenden Ingebrigt starting off strong for the Cougars takes a shot that gets blocked, and Kilic Yigit also takes a shot that is missed high  

• Paz not letting up, makes the Rams second goal assisted by Kai Mangahas in the 52:13 minute  

• Alexis Cleff looking to generate any sort of energy takes a shot on goal, where Nelson is again ready for his third save of the match  

• Talbot still defending the Cougars backline saves shots from Tommy Harmon, and Emilson Bitri  

• The half ends with Jorge Gutierrez taking a shot thats missed high, leaving the Rams in the lead with a 2-0 win
