Erin Campbell joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff in the 2023 season,
Campbell had a prolific playing career for the Rams from 2018-22. A two-time CACC Defensive Player of the Year and four-time All-CACC selection, Campbell tallied 64 goals, 27 assists, 91 points, 283 draw controls, 216 ground balls, and 133 caused turnovers during her tenure. She was chosen to the CACC All-Tournament Team twice and helped lead Jefferson to a 40-27 record over her five seasons, with two appearances in the CACCÂ Championship Game. Academically, Campbell earned CACC All-Academic Team honors and was a member of the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
Campbell received a bachelor's degree in health sciences with a minor in psychology and later earned a graduate certificate in applied health economics & outcomes research.
