Nick Nguyen enters his fourth season as head coach for men's golf and second season as head coach for women's golf in 2025-26 . Nguyen took the helm after four years as an assistant coach under Joe Martin.

In his first season as head coach, Nguyen guided the Rams to second-place finishes at the Ursinus Invitational and Rutgers-Camden Fall Invitational. Noah Petracci tied for first place individually at the Ursinus Invitational. The 2023-24 campaign saw Jefferson see improvement, with the Rams having a first-place finish at the Albright Invitational. Jaden Minter and Petracci each tied for second in their respective Invitationals (Minter - Muhlenberg Invitational; Petracci - Husky Invitational). Petracci earned CACC All-Conference honors. 

During the 2024-25 season, the men's team placed 21st at the NCAA Altanticl/East Regional Preview. Jefferson took first at the Jefferson Tri-Match, second in the Goldey-Beacom Invitational, and third at the Jefferson Invitational. Jaden Minter earned first place at the Jefferson Tri-Match and second at Husky Invitational while Noah Petracci earned third at the Jefferson Invitational. On the women's side, they secured four Top-4 finishes as a team, including first at East Stroudsburg Invitational. Ammala Moua earned first place twice this season (Husky Invitational and Bloomsburg Invitational) while Vivian Chuang secured the top spot once (East Stroudsburg Invitational).

Nguyen played for the Rams from 2014-18. He was a two-time winner of the CACC Top XV Award as the student-athlete with the highest cumulative GPA at the conference championship. A three-time CACC All-Academic honoree, Nguyen was named team MVP three times and served as team captain as a junior and senior. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree in engineering with a concentration in systems and industrial engineering.

Nguyen went on to earn a master's in program management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is a Systems Engineering Process Quality Assurance Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia.
