Women's Tennis Opens Season with CACC Win Over Goldey-Beacom

PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University women's tennis (1-0, 1-0) opens their 2025-26 campaign with a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest on Saturday against Goldey-Beacom College (0-1, 0-1). The Rams went to sweep the Lightning 7-0 in the conference matchup. 

WHAT HAPPENED 

• The Rams went to take the doubles point, winning all three matches on the day 

• Jefferson secured all six singles matches to get the win 7-0. Anouk Oderkerk, Alycia Veroux, Marta Vázquez, Rose Huang, and Sophia Babar all took their matches in two sets while Emily Frost earned her victory in three sets
