Cross Country Gets Set For 2025 Season

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University men's and women's cross country teams prepare for their upcoming season as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) put out a preview for the 2025 year.

Women's cross country team had three top-5 finishes, including first place at the Philadelphia Cross Classic and the CACC Championships, with the Rams securing their 14
th conference title. 4 All-CACC runners return this season, including 2x All-East Region runner
Annalee Capuano and CACC Rookie of the Year
Hannah Powell.

Men's cross country team had three top-5 finishes last season, with all three being at the Belmont Plateau (first in the Philadelphia Cross Classic, second in the Jack Saint Clair Memorial, and third in the CACC Championships). The Rams third place finish in the conference tournament was their eighth straight top-5 placement in the event. Jefferson returns four runners, including All-CACC honoree
Chase Watson.
