Softball Opens CACC Action with Split Against Felician
RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Thomas Jefferson University softball (2-14) began Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action as they went on the road to take on Felician University (4-16) on Saturday. The Rams dropped game one 4-0 but came back and took game two 5-3 to split the series against the Golden Falcons.

GAME TWO: W, 5-3

Jefferson looked to pull away in the seventh to secure the victory, but Felician had an opportunity to even it out after making it 5-3 from a one-run single with the tying run at-bat. A pop out to the first basemen concluded the second game, with Jefferson getting their first conference win on the season

Hutt secured her first collegiate victory on 6.1 innings pitched, allowing only four hits and two earned runs on the day with two strikeouts. Stevens gets her first save in her career, pitching the final 0.2 innings
