Men's Tennis Upended by St. Thomas Aquinas
SPARKILL, N.Y. – Thomas Jefferson University men's tennis (0-3) went to New York and competed against St. Thomas Aquinas College (2-0) in a rematch of last year's NCAA Tournament match, where the Rams fell to the Spartans 4-3.
WHAT HAPPENED
- The Rams dropped the second and third doubles match, giving the Spartans the first point on the day. Jefferson did win the first doubles spot 7-6 (7-4)
- Jefferson earned wins in the first, second, and third spot but couldn't hold off St. Thomas Aquinas in the fourth, fifth, and sixth singles positions
