Women's Soccer Takes a 5-0 Victory Over Lincoln
PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer (6-0) (3-0) faced Lincoln (Pa) in a home match on September 25 at 3:30 p.m. With two goals in the first half, and three in the second, the Rams defeated the Lions 5-0.
WHAT HAPPENED

The Rams started off the first half strong when their first goal was claimed by Gianna Garozzo, assisted by Jeena Pressley at the 17:57 mark.

Within the next three minutes Jamie Webb collected their second goal with a huge assist from Carly Yeager.

Jefferson held strong the rest of the first half holding the 2-0 lead over Lincoln.

Presley kicked off the second half with the Rams third goal at the 52:43 mark assisted by both Garozzo and Dillon Sorino.

Nikki Dedes adds to the Rams score with a header in the top left corner of the Lions goal. The shot was assisted by Sorino and Webb.

In the last two minutes of the second Avery Nogami earned another goal, leaving the Rams with a 5-0 victory against the Lions.
