Eshraghi Named CACC Runner of the Week

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Ana Eshraghi was given the distinction of being named the Central Athletic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Runner of the Week for competition that ran from September 6-12.

ANA ESHRAGHI – RUNNER OF THE WEEK 
Eshraghi ran in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Championships this past Saturday, where she helped the Rams earn third place out of 12 teams. Eshraghi finished third in the race, being one of two Jefferson runners who placed in the top 15, as she crossed the line with a 20:23.87 time, which is a personal best for the junior. Her 6:34 pace was only two seconds behind the first and second place finishers. 

Eshraghi will join her fellow Jefferson runners as they women's and men's team travel to Galloway, New Jersey as they compete in the Osprey Open this Saturday, September 16. The women will begin their race at 10:30 a.m.
