PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University's
Owen Bradley was selected to the CSC Academic All-America Men's Cross Country/Track & Field Third Team by College Sports Communicators, formerly known as CoSIDA.
Bradley is the third men's cross country/track & field student-athlete to be named an Academic All-American, the first since Curran Kneebone in 2015. He is also the fourth Ram to earn Academic All-America honors for the 2022-23 academic year, which is the most in a single year in school history. The previous mark was three during the 2014-15 season.
Bradley garnered All-CACC accolades in cross country for the third consecutive season, finishing as the conference runner-up in 2022. He went on to earn All-Region honors with a 22
nd-place finish at the NCAA East Region Championships. A pre-medical studies major with a 4.00 GPA, Bradley received the CACC Top XVII Award in men's track & field as the student-athlete with the highest grade point average at the 2023 CACC Championships.
A six-time CACC All-Academic selection across men's cross country and track & field, Bradley was also recognized as an All-Academic Individual in cross country by the USTFCCCA for the second time in his career in 2022. He has been chosen to the PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Men's Cross Country Team twice, including as the 2021 Academic All-Area Performer of the Year.
