PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University men's tennis team (6-3, 2-1 CACC) suffered its first conference loss of the season with a narrow 4-3 defeat at Chestnut Hill on Friday.
The Griffins claimed two of the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead. CHC then took a commanding 3-0 advantage with victories at first and second singles. The Rams got one point back with a win at the third position but the Griffins then took fourth singles to clinch the match.
