PHILADELPHIA - The Thomas Jefferson University men's soccer team had its season come to an end with a 4-0 loss at Holy Family in the quarterfinals of the CACC Tournament on Tuesday. The Rams finish the campaign with a 3-4 record.

The Tigers had an 8-4 advantage in shots in the first half and they also had a 4-3 edge in corner kicks. Holy Family went in front in the 33
rd minute, sending a pass up the left side before shooting into the lower right of the goal.

It took just six minutes into the second period for the Tigers to open their lead to 2-0. They sent a cross into the box from the right side and it was headed into the net. Just 60 seconds later, HFU broke it open, jumping on a loose ball in the box and sending it into the back of the cage for a 3-0 lead.

The Rams managed five shots in the second, but could not solve the Tigers' goalkeeper, who made five saves on the day.
Kris Donaldson stopped three shots for Jefferson. Holy Family added extra insurance with a penalty kick tally in the 72
nd minute.
