Box Score BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Philadelphia University men's tennis team was defeated by seventh-ranked Concordia (N.Y.), 9-0, in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match Saturday afternoon at the Meyers Athletic Center.
The Rams' (7-10, 3-1 CACC) No. 1 doubles team of Adrian Torroella-Cruz and Manoli Sgouros, and the No. 2 team of Kyle Burke and Ryan Christopher were both defeated by a score of 8-2.
In singles action, Nail Rachidi put up a good effort by falling to Ricardo Frey in the No. 5 flight, 6-1, 6-3. No. 6 Taylor Dedeke and No. 2 Burke each lost their respective match, 6-2, 6-1.
