Sileo Leads Women's Soccer in 6-0 Walloping

Philadelphia, PA- On Saturday, the Philadelphia University women's soccer team (3-1, 2-0 CACC) picked up a convincing 6-0 win over the Concordia College Clippers (2-3, 0-1 CACC) at Ravenhill Field.

The PhilaU attack was headlined by junior forward Trisha Sileo, who scored the game-winner just two minutes into the first half and notched two assists on the day.

Also scoring goals were: sophomore midfielders Janine Cascio and Kristen Ferguson, senior Dana Rokoszak, sophomore defender Nicole Van Bourgondien and  rookie Carla Chmielewski.

In goal for the Rams, senior Rebecca Della Peruta picked up a win and junior keeper Kelli Kowalewski picked up the final 17 minutes of play.  CC's Jessica Nannan had five saves for her squad.

The Rams return to the pitch on Tuesday (9/13) at Shippensburg at 4 p.m.
