Box Score Bronxville, NY- The Philadelphia University women's basketball team (10-7, 6-4 CACC) delivered a consistent offensive effort against Concordia College (3-16, 2-10 CACC) Saturday at the Meyer Athletic Center. The high scorer on the afternoon was PhilaU senior forward Kate Brennan who netted a career-high 30 points on the day along with 12 boards and two steals.
PhilaU kept its lead throughout the contest shooting 53.7% from the field and 53.3% from beyond the arc. Concordia fell short with 23.1% field goal shooting and 16% from three point range.
PhilaU left the court halftime holding a 41-27 lead.
Brennan was contested throughout the game by Concordia's Krystina Agard led her squad with 23 points.
Senior guard Stephanie Agger and sophomore forward Kristen Blye each held double-digit points for PhilaU. Agger held 13 with Blye hitting 12.
The Rams head back to Philadelphia to face Holy Family University Tuesday (2/1) at 6:00 p.m. in the Gallagher Center.
