Garden City, NY - The Philadelphia University men's tennis team (2-1) topped Adelphi University(1-2), 8-1, on Sunday on the road.   

In singles play, Kyle Burke, the Rams # 2 player, # 3 Ryan Christopher, # 4 Eric Guerrero, # 5 Seppi Hutter and #6 Tom McAvoy all recorded wins.

In doubles action, PhilaU swept Adelphi. The duos of Burke/Manoli Sgouros, Hutter/McAvoy and Christopher/Guerrero, ranked numbers one through three, all recorded wins.

The Rams return to action Tuesday (9/28) at Alvernia. The non-conference match is set to begin at 3:30 p.m.
