Philadelphia, PA- Philadelphia University
sharp-shooter Kate Brennan brings a lot to the
table for the Lady Rams women's basketball team on gameday- and the
city recognized the senior forward's talents as an honored guest at
the Small College Coaches' Association luncheon on Tuesday
afternoon, held at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Brennan was recognized along with four of the best NCAA Division
II & III men's and women's basketball players in the region at
the luncheon, having been a staple for the PhilaU women who are
10-10 overall and currently second in the Central Atlantic College
Conference (CACC) 'South'.
The Stratford, NJ native is ranked nationally in several
categories, most notably 23rd in NCAA DII in free-throw
percentage (85.9%). She is averaging 14.6 ppg and 5.0 rpg
this season.
