Tuesday afternoon. #1 singles player Adrian
Torroella-Cruz (Gainesville, FL/ Gainesville) cruised to a
6-0, 6-2 victory over Julius Twyman.
In other singles action, #2 freshman Manoli Sgouros (Forest
Hills, NY/ Holy Cross HS) rolled to a 6-1, 6-0 win over Adrian
Avena, #5 sophomore Seppi Hutter (Bellevue, WA/ Bellevue) defeated
Kenny Stubblefield 6-0, 6-4 and at #6 sophomore Mario Bermeo
(Tannersville, PA/ Notre Dame HS) defeated Albert Council 6-2,
6-1.
The Rams swept doubles and return to action on Thursday (4/2) at
3:00 p.m. on the road at the University of the Sciences.
