Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University men's tennis team swept singles competition en route to a 7-2 victory over visiting Chestnut Hill College on Saturday morning.

Freshman Adrian Torroella-Cruz (Gainesville, FL/Gainesville) cruised to a 6-2, 6-1 victory at #1 singles and #2 singles sophomore Tom McAvoy (Phoenixville, PA/ Phoenixville) won a tough 6-4, 1-6 (10-3) match.
