Women's Soccer Wins the CACC Championship Match Over Caldwell University
WILMINGTON, DE - Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer (17-1-2) competed in the CACC Championship match Sunday November 17th against Caldwell University (12-5-2). With a 2-0 victory over the Cougars, the Rams secured the 2024 conference title and broke the school record for most conference wins in a season with an impressive 17 wins.

CACC TOURNAMENT TEAM
Jefferson had five players named after their victory over Caldwell. Liv Riddel, Kyra Lesko, Carly Yeager, Kiery Spatz, Nikki Dedes, and Jeena Pressley made the All-Tournament Team, as well as Riddel being named the CACC Tournament MVP.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
With this victory the Rams now hold the school record for most wins in a season, having won 17 of their matches. Additionally, the Rams hold the school record for the most consecutive unbeaten conference games, a remarkable streak of 21 matches. Jefferson holds 0.32 goals-against-average which is best in school history, and 4th in the nation. Kyle Schumann, who was the CACC Coach of the Year and has been a part of three Jefferson CACC titles as assistant coach, has now won his first conference title as the Rams head coach. After also having now accomplished 14 shutouts this season, which is tied for second in school history, the Rams look forward to making another NCAA Tournament appearance.
