GREENWOOD, Indiana – Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer put more accolades in their history books as three players were selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Soccer Academic All-America Teams for Division II, announced by the organization this afternoon. Carly Yeager and Kyra Lesko were selected on the Second Team while Nikki Dedes earned Third Team honors. Those three are the only Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) players that made the All-America teams as well as the only East Region representatives. Jefferson is also the only institute to have three players on the list, with Dallas Baptist University, Colorado School of Mines, Minnesota State, and Catawaba College having two players.

Yeager makes the Academic All-America Second Team this year after making 21 starts for Jefferson this year, helping the Rams record 14 shutouts this season, with a .700 shutout percentage, and help Jefferson return to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the second consecutive season. With her play, Yeager became a three-time CACC Defensive Player of the Year alongside All-CACC First Team honors as well as a D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches All-East Region First Team honoree.
