ALBANY, N.Y. – The Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer team (1-2) could not solve #2 Saint Rose (3-0) on Saturday, falling at the Golden Knights by a 1-0 score.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Saint Rose dominated the first half of play, outshooting the Rams 15-1 in the period and recording the lone goal of the contest. The Golden Knights tapped in a cross from the left side in the 30
th minute. Jefferson was able to generate more pressure in the second half, registering a pair of shots on goal and five corner kicks, but the Rams could not break through on the scoresheet.
