Box Score Lafayette Hill, PA- The Philadelphia University women's soccer team (9-1-1, 8-0 CACC) picked up a 2-0 win at Chestnut Hill College (5-6, 3-4 CACC) on Wednesday evening on the road.
The Rams won their sith-straight, with help from junior forward Trisha Sileo, who netted the game-winner at 20:17 in the first half, unassisted. PhilaU sophomore forward Kristen Ferguson headed in an insurance goal at 58:05, assisted by junior defender Denna Allen.
In goal, PhilaU junior keeper Kelli Kowalewski got the win with three saves in 58 minutes of work and senior keeper Rebecca Della Peruta finished off the final 32 minutes for the Rams. CHC keeper Samantha Pauls tallied five saves on the day.
PhilaU will look to continue their success on Saturday (10/8) on the road at Caldwell College at noon.
