Bloomfield, NJ- The Philadelphia University
women's soccer team (7-4-3, 7-2 CACC) clinched their third straight
shutout win in a 4-0 blanking of the Bloomfield College Deacons
(2-10-1, 0-9-1 CACC) on Saturday afternoon at Brookdale Park.
PhilaU freshman defender Nicole Van
Bourgondien picked up her first game-winning goal in
the first half.
Other Ram goals were scored by: junior forward Kristin
McKale, freshman midfielder Jennifer
DiGioa and sophomore forward Nicole
Grimm.
PhilaU sophomore keeper Kelli
Kowalewski played 90 minutes between the posts for the
Rams.
The Rams will play next on Wednesday (10/20) when they host
Goldey-Beacom College at 4:00 p.m. at Ravenhill Field.
