Erin Tinneny joined the women's soccer coaching staff prior to the 2020 season.
Tinneny played for the Rams from 2015-19. She helped lead Jefferson to the 2019 CACC title, earning CACC Tournament MVP honors. That season, Tinneny was also named the CACC Goalkeeper of the Year and to the All-CACC First Team. She went on to receive D2CCA All-East Region Second Team accolades. Tinneny finished her career ranked in the program's all-time top 10 in starts, goals against average, saves, shutouts, and wins.
