PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University men's tennis team will play 16 matches this spring as the Rams compete for the CACC Championship.
The season opens at home versus District of Columbia on March 8. It is the first of nine matches in East Falls during the campaign. The conference schedule begins at first-year program Dominican (N.Y.) on March 14. Jefferson will face two Division I opponents this year as it visits Delaware on March 25 and hosts La Salle on April 14. The regular season concludes on April 19 against Bloomsburg.
The top four teams in the CACC standings will advance to the conference tournament on April 25-26 at Post University. The CACC champion receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament.
In the fall, the Rams posted a 3-2 record. Jefferson is under the guidance of first-year head coach Norman Patten.
