PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University men's soccer team (7-10-1) travels to Holy Family (10-7-1) for the quarterfinals of the CACC Tournament on Monday, November 11 at 1:30 p.m.

The Rams are seeded sixth in the conference tournament while the Tigers are the third seed.

THE SERIES
This is the 13th meeting between Jefferson and Holy Family with the Rams holding a 6-4-2 advantage. The teams last met on October 8 with Jefferson earning a 3-0 win at home. This is the first time that the two squads are playing each other in the CACC Tournament.

HOW THEY GOT HERE
Jefferson finished conference play with a 7-5 record and tied for fifth place with Georgian Court. However, the Lions won the tiebreaker by way of their head-to-head victory over the Rams. Holy Family tied Goldey-Beacom for third place with an 8-4 mark. The Tigers defeated the Lightning during the regular season to win the tiebreaker.

JEFFERSON IN THE CACC TOURNAMENT
This is the Rams' eighth straight appearance in the CACC Tournament and 10th overall. Jefferson is 9-5-3 in tournament play. The Rams won the conference championship in 2013 and 2014.

LOOKING AT JEFFERSON
The Rams' top scorer is senior Charlie Livesey with 21 points on seven goals and seven assists. Senior Hunter Dyson (6 G, 3 A) and junior Val Mokrejs (3 G, 4 A) have 15 and 10 points respectively. Senior Dillon Abraham leads the Jefferson back line. Junior Stephen Paul has made 60 saves in goal and has a .759 save percentage.

LOOKING AT HOLY FAMILY
The Tigers are led by Davis Habilaj, who has tallied seven goals and four assists for 18 points. Georg Montag (14), Dakota Taylor (10) and Joel Richmond (10) also have double-digit points. Shane Holmes leads the defensive unit. Mark Tobin has turned away 54 shots in goal and has compiled a .711 save percentage.

WHAT'S NEXT
Monday's winner will take on either second-seeded Post or seventh-seeded Dominican in the semifinals on Friday, November 15. The semifinals and final will be played at Post University.
