Bill Ludlow joined the Rams as an assistant coach at Jefferson in September of 2024 and is in his second season on Coach Jim Reilly's staff.
Before coming to Jefferson, Ludlow served as the Head varsity boys coach at Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware from 2014 - 2022.
From 1994 - 2010 Ludlow was the Head varsity boys coach at West Catholic High School in West Philadelphia, Pa.
Prior to becoming the Head coach at West Catholic, Bill was the JV coach and varsity assistant for the Burrs from 1991 -1993.
Ludlow's first coaching job in high school was JV coach and varsity assistant at Cardinal Dougherty High School in Northeast Philadelphia, Pa. 1986 - 1990
Coach Ludlow's relationship with Jefferson Head Coach Jim Reilly began in the early 90's when Reilly played for Ludlow at West Catholic. After his college playing career Reilly returned to West Catholic as Ludlow's assistant for a couple of years before moving into college coaching.
