INDIANAPOLIS - The Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer team is the fifth seed in the East Region as the bracket for the NCAA Division II Tournament was revealed on Monday evening.

The Rams will travel to the top seed Saint Rose for the opening weekend. Jefferson will face fourth-seeded Saint Anselm in a first-round game with the winner advancing to play the host Golden Knights in the second round.

The Jefferson-Saint Anselm game will kick off on Friday, November 19 at 1 p.m. The second round game is scheduled for Sunday, November 21 at 2 p.m.

The Rams (12-5-1) captured their third straight CACC title on Sunday with a 2-0 victory over Wilmington. It is Jefferson's fourth appearance in the NCAA Tournament in program history.

Saint Anselm (10-6-1) received an at-large bid out of the Northeast-10 Conference. The Hawks fell to Saint Rose in the semifinals of the NE10 Tournament. They are making their first NCAA trip.

Saint Rose (15-1-3) won its record ninth NE10 title with a 1-0 triumph over Southern Connecticut State. The Golden Knights are heading to the national playoffs for the 16
th time. They are currently ranked eighth in the United Soccer Coaches Poll.
