Jefferson Soccer Places 17 Student-Athletes on CACC All-Academic Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Thomas Jefferson University had 12 women and five men named to the CACC All-Academic Soccer Teams on Monday.

On the women's side, graduate student Erin Tinneny (MBA), senior Emily Discavage (physician's assistant studies), senior Hanna Glass (health sciences), senior Dena Noiseux (business management) and senior Erin Sullivan (occupational therapy) all earned the award for the third time. Senior Kayla West (occupational therapy), junior Kasey Schlupp (health sciences) and junior Meredith Lapen (architecture) were two-time honorees while sophomores Chloe Quinn (health sciences), Sarah Cianciola (textile design), Emma Kuciapinski (health sciences) and Alessandra DiStefano (health sciences) were first-time recipients.

For the men, senior Rashaan Robe (finance) received the award for the third time in his career. Senior Sebastien Durand (marketing), junior Matthew Ligi (international business) and sophomores Geoffrey Little (architecture) and Joshua Njoroge (occupational therapy) garnered their first All-Academic honor.

To be eligible for the CACC All-Academic team, each student-athlete must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of immediate preceding term (may include summer for fall sport participants)
- Minimum of two semesters enrolled as full-time student at member institution
- Student-athlete must be second year student-athlete at member institution
- Student-athlete must have been athletically eligible the season preceding the award and used a season of eligibility.
